RETURN POLICY

At Coastalaccessories.com, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.  We have worked diligently to provide you with only the finest quality merchandise.  If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly provide a merchandise refund for your order.  We will allow you 10 business days after receipt of the shipment to return it to us.  Please include a copy of your order or a note referencing the reason for return and your address.  You, the customer, are responsible for all shipping charges including the return shipping.  In the event that damage occurs in transit, please file a claim with the shipper.  We will not refund you for any merchandise that is damaged.  After inspection, we will issue a credit or refund for the value of the item(s) being returned minus a 15% restocking fee.  Once again, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
If an order is refused upon delivery, you, the customer, are responsible for all shipping charges including the return shipping and a restocking fee of 15%.
